More about Canem ex Flores et Aere: This wild hound hides in the flowering tall grasses of its natural habit, the painted high plains of TerraPax 4 (a synthetic Earth and wildlife sanctuary created in our third planetary exodus). It's tail whips back and forth, mimicking the flowers around it dancing in the breeze. Small prey like birds and butterflies are drawn to the hypnotic lure, feeding from flower to flower until it's too late and the deadly trap is sprung. Unwittingly drawn into the jaws of the ultimate trickster. Commonly known as the Red Lily Fox, it's actually closer related to the North American Coyote on Earth 1. Known subspecies include the Sasa Yuri Dogs (Canis Lilium) of the Neo-Seiiki islands and the Alstroemerian Jackal.
